Artistic profile
Torsten Sträter is a defining voice of German humor - a master of quiet tones with an unmistakable presence and pointed wit. With his deep voice and iconic cap, he transforms everyday observations into stories full of warmth and wit. Humor and melancholy go hand in hand with him - this is exactly what makes his style unique.
As an author and stage performer, Sträter combines linguistic precision and closeness to the audience. Anyone who experiences him live immediately senses that he doesn't just tell stories, he lives them - with heart, attitude and a keen sense of what moves people.
The tour
Everything has to go. Me, for example. This time it's about traveling in the broadest sense. I'm pretty sure of that. I get around like crazy. With you, but also in the world - or rather around the world, keyword: crust. I'm sure you understand that I have to be a bit vague here.
I'll outline it as: "A beige man in black sees red on the road." Is there any high language? Plasticine? Even animals? Gare animals, of course. I see my educational mission - and The Cyclops of Saint-Tropez is exactly that: educational material at its best. Probably.
All the best. Torsten Sträte
