 How will I receive my event tickets?

 You can receive your event tickets in several ways, depending on the options offered by the event organiser. Options may include sending dematerialised tickets by e-mail, collecting physical tickets from a point of sale or directly from the organiser, or sending tickets by post.

 What should I do if I don't receive my tickets before the event?

 If you do not receive your tickets one week before the event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the problem and help you receive your tickets in time for the event. Depending on the options available for the event, we may be able to send you replacement tickets by email, or help you collect physical tickets from the organiser or an outlet.

 How do I return my tickets if I can't attend the event?

We are sorry, but it is not possible to return your tickets once you have purchased them, even if you are unable to attend the event. Please note that our site is only an intermediary between you, the customer, and the event organiser. We therefore recommend that you think carefully before purchasing your tickets and check that you will be able to attend the event before finalising your purchase to avoid any disappointment or inconvenience.

 Can I exchange my tickets for another event?

We are sorry, but unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your tickets for another event.

What do I do if the event is cancelled or postponed?
