European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Center: With Regulation No. 524/2013, the European Union has established a dispute resolution center for the online settlement of consumer disputes. The so-called ODR platform serves as a central point of contact for consumers and entrepreneurs who wish to settle disputes falling within the scope of this regulation out of court. It is an interactive website that can be accessed electronically in all official languages of the institutions of the European Union; its use is free of charge.
