FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 & FIFA World Cup Russia 2018

SPORTFIVE was commissioned to implement all on-site activations, guest management and travel management. The following services were implemented by SPORTFIVE across both World Championships:

Support for more than 400 guests at various venues
Parallel organization of several tailor-made programs for different guest categories
Planning and implementation of tourist programs around the match days
Activation of the brand's event storytelling strategy across both tournaments

Travel and guest management

Purchasing, coordination and invoicing of all hospitality services
Organization of accommodation, restaurants, air travel, local transfers etc. for various games in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo & Belo Horizonte) and Russia (Rostov & Sochi)
Organization of the programs for 400 guests (20% VIP guests and 80% supporters)
Selection, booking, training & coordination of on-site staff
Creation of travel documents and various branded items and gifts

Hospitality for UEFA Euro 2024

Objective: The incentive trip was intended to strengthen the motivation and loyalty of top performers and at the same time visibly express their appreciation for outstanding performance.

Implementation.

An unforgettable EURO 2024 experience was designed for 20 top performers: The group traveled by train from Zurich to Cologne and received a warm welcome. Three nights in the 4-star Radisson Blu, culinary highlights and a lively walking city tour made the stay unforgettable. The highlight was two thrilling EURO 2024 matches, accompanied by an experienced tour guide and personal support from the SPORTFIVE project manager - a perfectly coordinated program full of excitement, team spirit and unforgettable moments.
