As VIP tickets are often personalized and provided in close coordination with promoters and clubs, payment and shipping processes may differ from traditional ticket purchases. The payment options may vary, as these are largely determined by the organizer. Common payment methods are Paypal, Visa & Mastercard, but some organizers also offer the option of paying on account. In principle, you can buy several tickets at the same time. However, all organizers have individual regulations regarding payment, shipping and terms and conditions. You can therefore not buy tickets from different organizers at the same time. However, you can of course choose tickets from another organizer when making a further purchase.
In principle, our VIP tickets are excluded from cancellation by the respective organizers. In the event of a change, such as an adjustment to the delivery address, you are welcome to contact us, whereupon we will get in touch with the organizer.
Adyen is the payment provider used by Official VIP and is responsible for the secure processing of your payment. When you pay with Official VIP, the payment process is carried out via Adyen's certified systems. Your payment data is processed in encrypted form and is not stored by Official VIP. Adyen meets the highest security standards in payment transactions and ensures that your payment is reliable, transparent and protected.

FAQ - Shipping
Once we have received your order, we will process it and send you a confirmation e-mail. As soon as you have received the order confirmation e-mail, your order has been successful and you can look forward to receiving your tickets.
The tickets and invoice are usually sent together around 3-5 working days before the event. Please note that this information may vary depending on the organizer, as they are responsible for sending the tickets and invoice. Most tickets are Print@Home tickets, which are sent by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder if the e-mail does not appear in your inbox.
The insurance of the tickets depends on the organizer. Each event organizer works with a delivery service of their choice and has different regulations regarding the shipping of tickets. You can view the various shipping options for your tickets during the ordering process. SPORTFIVE as the agent of the VIP tickets has no influence on the shipping or insurance of the tickets.
Whether a return or refund of your tickets is possible depends on the respective organizer and their individual regulations. As these conditions can vary from event to event, it is unfortunately not possible to make a general statement on this. However, we will be happy to assist you: simply contact us and we will get in touch with the relevant organizer on your behalf to check the options in your specific case.
In principle, the tickets can be passed on as they are not personalized. However, resale via secondary markets is not permitted.
